| Duties: |
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Advisor is accountable for providing advice, guidance and support with all OH&S functions at the District of Hope. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing all elements of the municipal health and safety program, including workplace incidents, workplace inspections, disability and return to work management, implementing and managing OHS programs, policies, practices and procedures and achieving and maintain the Certificate of Recognition (COR).
