Are you a detail oriented individual committed to exceptional customer service with proven skills and experience working in a fast-paced, team environment? If so, we are currently seeking Collections Clerk candidates for our Auxiliary Pool to provide temporary support during times of increased activity in our Revenue and Collections area.

| Duties: |
As an Auxiliary Collections Clerk I you will complete cashier and clerical work in receiving, recording, balancing and processing receipts for a variety of City accounts and services and assist the supervisor in performing a variety of related clerical tasks. The work also includes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the public as the first point of contact for all public inquiries concerning taxes, utilities, accounts and related matters to Financial Services. |

| Educational Requirements: |
To be considered for this temporary opportunity you must have:
??? Grade 12
??? Bookkeeping and computer software courses (word processing and spreadsheet applications).
??? Minimum one year of experience performing cash receipting and clerical functions using
computer software applications.

| Salary: |
This position is unionized, CUPE Local 774, and the hourly rate of pay is from $24.09 to $28.33. |
