Group Fitness Instructor (Indoor Cycling) to join our team of professionals in the Parks and Recreation Division, Recreation Programs and Services Department. We believe in building individuals and communities to be active and healthy for life. These auxiliary positions??? hours of work are varied, including day, evening and weekend classes. It is essential that the ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, is energetic and enthusiastic, is well organized and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts. These auxiliary positions will lead a variety of spin classes at the Walnut Grove Community Centre, and Willoughby Community Centre, located in the Langley Events Centre. Completion of an Indoor Cycling course or workshop is considered an asset. This position is defined by the Township of Langley as a position of trust (Child Safety). The successful candidate(s) will be required to have a criminal record check as a condition of employment (Note - Not required as part of the application process, however will be required upon consideration for employment).
