Park Attendant CUPE, Full Time on a Temporary Basis Posting #17-127 The City of Abbotsford currently has an exciting opportunity available in our Parks Services division for an energetic and self-motivated Park Attendant. This position is full-time on a temporary basis for approximately 1-2 months. In this busy role your responsibilities will include maintenance and custodial work involving the care and upkeep of City parks, recreational and playground areas, and cemeteries. You must have the ability to perform a variety of grounds and building maintenance and cleaning tasks, repair work, and gardening duties with minimal supervision. Completed Grade 12 ??? Completed basic park related courses - e.g. park, playground & building maintenance, horticulture, arboriculture, soils, plant ID, irrigation & drainage ??? A valid BC Driver's License - candidates will be asked to provide a satisfactory Driver???s Abstract ???
