Job Description: We are seeking a customer focused, dedicated Human Resource professional to join our team. Reporting to the Employment Manager, and working as an administrator in the area of recruitment and selection, you will be an integral member of the Human Resources team.
Duties: As the Human Resources Assistant, you will:
??? Work in partnership with the Employment Specialists, HR Generalists and hiring managers to ensure quality and value throughout the hiring process
??? Perform job responsibilities linked to recruitment administration including; preparation of job postings, coordination of testing and interviews, data entry, onboarding and other related duties
??? Produce highly detailed work in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders
??? Work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
??? Possess initiative and a positive attitude
Educational Requirements: As the successful candidate, you will have:

??? A Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
??? Experience with Microsoft Office programs and have some exposure to HR systems
??? 2-3 years??? administrative experience
??? The ability to work with confidential material in a manner demonstrating sound judgement
??? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
??? A commitment to providing excellent customer service
