| Job Description: |
The Network Analyst 1 will design, install, test, maintain and operate Telecom and Mobile device technologies and services. |
|
| Duties: |
As the ideal candidate, you have a strong background with VoIP, digital, and analog handsets; structured cabling; contact centre and IVR services; delivering customer service, MACD, and troubleshooting; data/input analysis and manipulation skills; and managing and supporting cell phones, smart phones, BES, and internet sticks.
You will be liaising with Information Technology management to ensure client needs are met as well as working with external vendors to build and implement solutions. In this role your responsibilities include: equipment purchasing and inventory control; producing documentation and training end-users as needed; and providing cross training to other IT staff

| Educational Requirements: |
You will bring to the Information Technology team:
• Diploma in a directly related field from a recognized institution plus 4 years of directly related experience OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in a directly related field from a recognized institution plus 2years of directly related experience OR
• Technical Courses in the field supplemented with 6 years of directly related experience

| Skill Requirements: |
You have expert skills in and knowledge (development level) of a full range of specialized programming tools and languages, or technical procedures. You have a willingness to continuously update personal IT Skill and knowledge application to area of responsibility and to assess the applicability of such technology for purposes of productivity improvements and or competitive positioning. You are able to think logically and analytically in a problem solving environment and are able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines established according to corporate priorities. |
