Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources and working as a specialist in the area of recruitment and selection, you are an integral member of the Human Resources team. You are responsible for taking the lead on developing and executing detailed sourcing strategy’s for your client team, working in partnership with the hiring managers to ensure quality and value throughout the hiring process. You are a high energy, skilled recruitment specialist who has a strong knowledge of sourcing candidates through the usage of all of the latest sourcing tools, including Linkedin and social media channels.
