You would pick up and deliver a variety of equipment and supplies; maintain monthly log of vehicle mileage; arrange for transfer of equipment from retired to new vehicles; receive incoming materials and maintain warehouse inventory, checking levels of stock for reorders and initiating order requests for materials. The successful candidate will have completed Grade 12, supplemented by related training and experience. You must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; have thorough knowledge of traffic rules and regulations governing safe operation of passenger automobiles and vans; ability to operate automotive vehicles; work independently and organize work projects; and have working knowledge of applicable safety regulations. A valid B.C. driver’s license with a safe driving record and the ability to obtain and maintain RCMP security clearance is required.
