Budget and Payroll Analyst We are currently offering an exciting opportunity in our Corporate Services Department, Financial Services Division, for a dynamic, self motivated professional with proven skills, energy and experience of a Budget and Payroll Analyst. Under the direction of the Budget Manager, this position has complete responsibility for coordinating the work of accountants in compiling the annual operating and capital budgets. This involves frequent financial analyses in support of the budgeting and payroll functions. The incumbent partners closely with the Human Resources department to maintain an accurate personnel inventory that is relied upon for budgeting and other financial analysis purposes.
