We have a regular full-time opportunity available for a Records Analyst. Reporting to the Records Process Manager, this position will play an integral role by supporting the corporate records program by participating in developing policies and procedures.

The position will be focused on providing direction and assistance to departments on implementation and ongoing maintenance of corporate records management; documenting; and leading corporate records projects. Based on your functional expertise, you will assist in providing direction and training to staff on records and information management polices and procedures; contributing to developing training materials.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Archive Science or Information Studies, supplemented by a minimum of three years related experience. An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. This position also requires considerable knowledge of Microsoft office suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), along with software as it relates to Records Management. Prior supervisory experience will be considered an asset. A valid B.C Driver’s License is required.

You will have highly developed organizational skills; coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work independently and be able to exercise sound judgment in a high volume work environment.
